Food

For every meal you eat, you take a pill

Quick question: Do you eat just about anything to keep your stomach filled?

Do you deliberately make certain that your meals are well prepared and well served? By that, I mean are you particular about the hygiene of the dishes the come with, the packaging etc

Do you eat over the counter randomly?

Do you bother checking out an expiry date of an edible product before biting in?

Do you make sure your meals contain a balanced amount of roughages, etc?

Having answered that, how do you define food? Mention the top characteristics that are essential in every meal you have.

Well, whether it’s bread and tea, or a native meal, or the English meal of pie and tacos? Whatever your food preference. It is wise to get the best of it, both in satisfaction and quality.

As much as we want to make healthy food choices, it can be hard to stick with a balanced diet when the comfort and ease of less virtuous options are all around—all the damn time. “WHEN DIET IS WRONG, MEDICINE IS OF NO USE. WHEN DIET IS CORRECT, MEDICINE IS OF NO NEED.” – AYURVEDIC PROVERB
