Mind over Matter

Problems are inevitable and can weigh one down, affect emotions and psychology too. Though most problems have solutions depending on what they are, and who is involved. Also quite sadly not all problems have solutions. Yet, there are ways we can manage these lives problems if we are willing and bold enough to. Every effectively managed problem mostly begins with a person’s mind.

The mind is quite a very powerful and strong tool. It helps us think our way into solutions, it assist in imaginations, creativity and understanding which directly and indirectly improves our cognitive functions.

But how do we really exhibit Mind over Matter when faced with dead end challenges, that is something that could be quite difficult to handle especially at the first presentation of the problem.

Applying Mind over Matter in the face of a situation requires a lot of courage and strength that is necessarily not physical but most likely psychological. Mind over Matter entails the ability to see, understand, and fix your gaze mentally on a measure to solve, wiggle through a situation or outrightly get a solution to a problem without actually getting weighed down or overwhelmed by the problem.
