Well if you agree to the above, you just made my work easier. I could choose not to write further but that will be thoughtless of me. I have an even more important sect “those who opine differently to the above” sentence and they’re an even more reason to ink on

Well, hypothetically speaking Yes, it may.
I’m here to answer that exact question. But first, let’s try a quick experiment. What’s your mood right now? Play a music, watch or read something that aligns with that mood, get saturated in it.
A friend of yours is depressed and somehow you happen to be present in the same room with him or her, smartly capitalize on whatever situation that is the main reason for his or her depression via words, a track, a tragic movie storyline showing how hopelessly messy their situation is, anything that feeds on his pain more. Keenly observe the effect.
In the two examples, above 95 percent more likely, the chances are they’ll get double of whatever emotions they had inwardly before the catalysts introduced.

It certainly did, in some cases for very long durations. Like in the instance of the second sample, he or she may very much be taken in an ambulance if there’s no close watch over her motions.
The words of that man, that teacher, your boss, the book recommended by that friend, that associate, that trendy movie you long to see, that track etc. Listen to these things and persons with a filter.
You’ll be glad you did
